Microwave Materials: From Ferrites to Resonators

The Microwave Materials catalogue consolidates Exxelia’s capabilities in ferrite and dielectric technologies, covering:

  • Iron garnet and spinel ferrites (yttrium-, magnesium-, nickel- and lithium-based compositions)

  • Ferrite/dielectric assemblies (FDA)

  • Dielectric resonators (E2000 to E7000 series)

  • Coaxial resonators

The document details key electrical and magnetic parameters such as saturation magnetization (Ms), gyromagnetic line width (ΔH), effective line width (ΔHeff), dielectric constant (ε’) and loss tangent. Frequency coverage extends from 0.1 GHz to beyond 30 GHz, addressing insertion loss, power handling and temperature stability constraints.
