  • Case sizes : 0603, 0805, 0505, 1111, 2525, 4040, and many more case sizes
  • High Q Factor: With Q values typically exceeding 100,000 at 1 GHz, Exxelia's High-Q RF Microwave capacitors provide low dissipation factors, crucial for minimizing signal degradation in high-frequency circuits.
  • Stable Performance in voltage from 200V to 7,200V: Exxelia’s four series of Microwave capacitors exhibit excellent stability in both voltage and temperature (-55°C ~ +175°C), ensuring long-term reliability in the face of variable operational conditions.
  • Non-magnetic terminations: for applications requirement not to disturb the magnetic field such as MRI medical equipment.
